I have just got back from the ASOS Beauty and the Blogger event, held at ASOS HQ. It was a really great event, filled with purple cupcakes, champers, pampering and, of course, beauty bits (see picture above).
The event was held as a special online/blogger Christmas preview, with all of the special products ASOS have on the site on display to drool over and play with. I am a big fan of ASOS, but have never really bought much beauty-wise, other than one Ciate ASOS Paint Pot (in Sienna, a dusky purple shade) that I love and will do a post on shortly.
Speaking of ASOS Paint Pots, at the event I also had my nails done by Ciate creator and celebrity manicurist Charlotte Straughan. I chose ASOS Paint Pot in shade 'Alexa', a deep midnight/navy blue and it looks gorgeous, this picture doesn't really do it justice, but hopefully you get the idea. Also, very impressed by the Ciate Speed Dry Top Coat, it really does as it says on the bottle- dries super fast, leaving nails glossy but dry enough for me to grab my oyster card without smudging.
From the new Christmas products coming to ASOS, the one I have my eye on is the Too Faced 'Natural Eye' palette, see pics below, it looks so pretty!
