I already shared some pics of the gorgeous Face Colour '07' which you can check out here so will be taking a look at the Face Colour 01 in 'Nymph' from the Summer collection - Nymph is a bright pink in the pan, that when swatched is softer and has a silver shimmer/fine glitter running through it. The embossing is typical gorgeous Paul & Joe - almost so pretty I didn't want to ruin it!
Next up is my favourite from the brand - and this is about 90% down to the packaging being so adorable. These are some Blotting Paper refills, a fairly un-glam product - but look at the cute little whale print! Adorable...
Last but by no means least is the Paul & Joe Treatment Serum - the skincare range from the brand is probably one of the lesser known aspects of it, but this serum has really caught my attention. Not just because it's in typically gorgeous packaging. The bottle is very pretty and dressing table worthy but the nicest thing about the serum? It smells like 6+ Calpol... yes, this might sound odd, but it smells amazing. Like a fresh, fruity orange scent that would be good enough to eat (don't actually eat it) but it does smell really good.
Which obviously isn't all *that* important - but it makes it lovely to use and is light and moisturising for skin and a nice boost to your normal moisturiser.
So this was a nice little look at not just something gorgeous from the Mid Summer Night collection but also a couple of other classic beauties from the collection. As always - Paul & Joe make-up really does win the 'prettiest packaging' award in my opinion!
Paul & Joe is available from ASOS.

The packaging is absolutely gorgeous! x
ReplyDeleteAll these products look great and the little whales are so cute. Without sounding weird I love the smell of calpol haha. I may have to pick up some of these products and try them for myself.
ReplyDeleteI am so sucked in by the packaging - i am terrible for it. The whale blotting paper looks so sweet. I would have picked that up without bothering what it was because it looks so sweet.
