Biore isn't a brand that totally calls out to me when browsing the aisles of Boots/Superdrug as I tend to think of it as more for spot prone skin where I have dryer/dehydrated skin.
I recently went along to a lovely event for Biore where I learnt more about tea than I ever thought I would know - all with the idea of the tea ingredients helping to cleanse from the inside out. I went home with these two products from Biore and to be totally honest I'm really, really, impressed with the combination skin balancing cleanser.
I had a little bit of an error with the pump, which it meant it wasn't really working - but despite that I've still been managing to get the cleanser liquid out and use it on a regular basis as part of my double-cleanse (either an oil or balm to remove make-up and then this to follow). I find this leaves my skin perfectly clean, but - most importantly - not dried out or feeling at all stripped of moisture.
For a cleanser that promises to deep cleanse this is amazing - as normally I have to sacrifice moisture to get a deep cleanse. This has also been great when combined with my Clarisonic Mia 2 for an extra cleansing boost!
As someone with combination skin - I'm really happy with this and happy to have it as a daily staple in my skincare routine. The Deep Cleansing Pore Strips for me are ok but a little too harsh for my skin so not one I will use on a regular basis - but I gave these to the boyfriend to use as he loves the whole 'checking out what gunk comes out' aspect to them!
PR samples.

Sounds promising to me too. I love a deep clean.
ReplyDeleteThe balancing cleanser sounds really good. I haven't used Biore products since I was a lot younger but maybe I should check them out again! xx
