Clinique Chubby Stick Intense

I do love the Clinique Chubby Sticks - if you haven't tried them, then they are basically really sheer lipstick/lip balm hybrids - with enough pigment to add a touch of colour, but not to strong that if you applied in the dark you risk looking like the Joker...

Well, Clinique have added to the Chubby Stick range with the launch of the new Chubby Stick Intense - with all the goodness of the original Chubby Stick, but with more pigment and stronger colours.

Bottom-top: Plushest Punch, Heftiest Hibiscus, Grandest Grape & Chunkiest Chilli

Here's a little look at the swatches of four of the shades - you can see how much more colour these babies have. So they might not be like a tinted balm anymore, more like a bright lip colour - but with the light feel of a balm but the colour of a lipstick.

My personal favourites are Plushest Punch and Grandest Grape - a hot pink and a deep berry, perfect for perking up a winter complexion. Which boy do I need right now - so pale!
