Aerin Holiday Style Palette

Time for part two of my look at some gorgeousness from Aerin - the latest brand in from the Estee Lauder family. This beauty is the pinnacle of the Holiday collection and will be the heart of my New Years Eve make-up look.

The palette contains six gorgeous shadows - a mixture of neutrals and soft colours plus a pale shimmering highlighter for a gorgeous glow. Colour wise the mixture of shades is lovely - some easy to wear colours, along with some more interesting ones. The deep navy shade 'smoky' is lovely and creates a pretty statement eye. The shade on the bottom left of the eye shadows called 'love' is fittingly...my main love from the palette. A warm toned bronze. The shade 'Nightlife' is a pretty matte that's lovely for daytime, despite it's name! It's really easy to wear and adds subtle definition.

 

 

I think it's a little bit of a case of stating the obvious to say how pretty this palette is. But it really is - I have been so impressed with everything I have seen/tried from the Aerin line so far, and I'm really excited to see what gorgeousness the brand has to offer in 2013.
