Vaseline Spray & Go Body Moisturiser: Review

Vaseline recently launched their new Vaseline Spray & Go moisturisers in the UK. Having already seen these in the US and immediately excited I picked up the Cocoa Radiant version the first time I spotted these in Boots. I have now had the chance to give all three versions a go – and each one is great for different tastes or skin types.

Vaseline Spray & Go Aloe Fresh – I’m a big fan of the Aloe variant of Vaseline products, having used them in their various forms (hand cream, lotion, gel etc) over the years. This spray version is like a slightly lighter version of the main lotion. It has that same fresh aloe vera scent that’s really lovely and refreshing. This is my favourite scent to use for summer as have often turned to the aloe version as an alternative to normal after sun as I like the scent and cooling sensation is similar to after sun lotions too.

Vaseline Spray & Go Cocoa Radiant – This is the one I tried out when they first launched as I have quite dry skin and felt that cocoa would be ideal for more intense hydration. What I like best about this is that it’s rich, yet light – and the spray factor makes it much quicker and easier than scooping out a body butter, but on a par for moisture factor.

Vaseline Spray & Go Essential Moisture – This is the ‘original’ version that like the other two versions can be found across the range in different guises. This is the ‘year round’ version that’s ideal for normal skin. It has an unoffensive scent that’s great if you don’t want your moisturiser to interfere with your perfume or other fragrance. The scent is almost vanilla-ish and quite creamy. If you don’t have the driest of skin then I would recommend this one is ideal for you as it isn’t as hydrating as the cocoa one.

At the end of the day, the main thing about these is how quick and convenient they are to use. Just a spritz and you’re good to go! Just pick the scent or level of moisture you’re looking for.

I hope I can find these around my way soon because; especially during winter; I tend to get lazy with moisturizing. This seems to be the perfect solution for that!

I love anything that makes moisturising easier, as it can often take so long to use cream versions! I am currently using Vaseline’s lotion but I’m now intrigued by this! Thanks for sharing. Danielle x

I picked the Cocoa one of these up last week as I’m so lazy about body lotions and thought this would leave me with few excuses to use and so far so good.
