I’m afraid this is going to be only a semi-helpful review as it’s a collection of swatches from the Boots 17 collections new eye shadows. But they don’t have names on them (or codes) so I can’t share exactly which they are. I will double check next time I’m in Boots and update then… but for now they are nameless (or will go by a description)

Also, one of them (as you can see) is broken – it arrived like that, but is still swatch-able so that won’t put me off!

So here we have ‘pinky gold’, ‘pewter’, ‘champagne gold’ and ‘purple’ – as I have so named them.
I love all the shimmers, I have a preference for shimmers generally… all very smooth, pigmented and generally lovely. No glitter to be seen here, so happy days. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I pretty much always find matte shades to be a let down? Might just be my personal preference though.
Anyway, what do you think of these shades? If you could choose one of the four.. which would you go for?
I may not know the names, but I do know the price. The single eye shadows are £1.75 £3.49 each from Boots (some Boots single eye shadows are the lower price on the website)

Oh, they look absolutely lovely! I agree – shimmery shadows are much easier to work with.

The pinky gold one is ‘rose quartz’, champange gold is ‘gold emerald’ and I think pewter is ‘midnight pearl’. Not too sure about the purple one though!

My Rose Quartz is broken as well and I’m pretty sure I got the only in the shop that wasn’t in pieces at the time 🙁
