This is Chip (short for Chipolata…), he’s the latest furry member of my household and is a friend for our current bunny, Charlton. Charlton is our cheeky little house bunny, who is absolutely adorable.
Since we upgraded his cage to a two-level mansion, we decided we would take advantage of having an extra cage and bring in a friend for him. So as a Christmas prezzie from the boy, Chip has come home with us (FYI – pets are for life, not just for Christmas). Hope you’ll agree, he’s pretty darn cute.

I’ve never had pet bunnies before Charlton, but have been reading up about it and the ‘bonding’ process could take some time, but we hope Chip and Charlts will be good friends.
Charlton is about 18months ish now and Chip is just over 8 weeks (awww), Charlton has bags of personality and is very energetic and affectionate and Chip looks like he will be the same – very inquisitive and when we spotted him at the pet shop he was the little bunny running madly all over whilst the others slept or ate. So we hope they will get along (and not cause too much trouble)….

Apologies for the very random pet update, but you have to admit they are some pretty cute little rabbits – so I just had to do a quick blog post! If you can stand more bunny related posts (not too many, promise) I might update as to how they get on.
What cuties. More people should rescue bunnies from rescue centres, going to Pets@Home makes me cry because they put bunnies older than 3 months to sleep … mainly because people have this idea of a tiny, fluffy baby bunny that will remain small and cute forever and not pee, poo, smell, bite and chew everything. If you need any tips on bonding them then drop me a DM on twitter, I’ve bonded a few in my time and chatted to rescue centre owners. 🙂 Rule #1 is they both have to be neutered. 😀
Aww so adorable, love bunnies, they are so cute! xxx

Oh bless, so cute! I have two bonded bunnies, male + female… we found in the end leaving them to their own devices on neutral territory (e.g. not the original bunny’s cage or running area) with plenty of running-around-room was best and now they love each other to bits! xxx
They are adorable and feel free to blog away. 🙂
love the bunnies!! we got one given to us by a relative who could no lobger care for her, setted her in then got her a new friend too!! After a few months of slowly introducing them to each other they are the best of buddies and run around everywhere together!! Can’t wait to find out how it goes! xoxo
omg they are adorable! I have two cats but really want a bunny too! xx
Awww, they’re both so cute x
Bunnies! Random pet posts are always welcome.
I have two pairs of guinea pigs and the girls received a Christmas Pudding shaped bed for Christmas, they love it!
Bunny Updates, Bunny Updates!
