Nad’s Facial Wand Eyebrow Shaper

Facial hair removal is up there with the least glamorous aspects of beauty… but bear with me. This product has seriously impressed me.

When it comes to eyebrows, I have fairly non-descript ones, not overly hairy but I tend to have blonde fluffy hair which makes them look less neat than I’d like. My hair removal/brow styling method of choice is threading – it’s pretty much unbeatable for making eyebrows look neat. But as much as I like it I sometimes find it a pain to get to my favourite brow place every couple of weeks or so – it’s not the biggest chore in the world, but it’s not something I tend to prioritise – tending to prefer to look at home alternatives.
Phew, that’s a pretty long winded way of saying I love threading but for convenience use at home methods instead.
Usually I’ve opted for those mini wax face strips but recently I tried this and it’s my new favourite. Instead of a wax (which I find works well, but I have found can make my skin break out after use) this is a gel – a sticky gel that is dispensed from a pen style applicator so you have control over where it’s applied. Then, using the little fabric strips you apply and rip off – in the same way as you would with wax. Then ta-da – the hair/fuzz is gone.
The main reason I love this is how easily it washes away after use – the gel literally vanishes using just warm water – so no sticky residue on skin and you can easily was and re-use the fabric strips that come with the kit.
Overall – I’m really impressed, and as much as I love the results of threading. This is now my at-home brow shaping method of choice!

Hello! I am like you in that I love the neatness of threading but prefer to wait til the situation is dire before going for a threading session! Where did you buy this Nads stuff? :o)
