Breast Cancer Awareness Month

With October soon drawing to a close, so does this years Brest Cancer Awareness month. With such an important issue I think this is the perfect time to recognise that ‘Breast Cancer Awareness is for life, not just for October’. I know that’s a bit of a cliched way of putting it, but it is important that we all think pink year-round rather than just when it is a hot news topic.

On the lighter side, there are also a huge number of very stylish BCA goodies that you can buy this month and make a donation to the worthy cause. Case in point, the Limited Edition Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturiser, available in Selfridges is a classic skin care item, that is worth stocking up on before the end of the month as Clinique will donate £1 and Selfridges will donate £1 for each bottle bought to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Guilt-free beauty buys, what’s not to love?

Its awesome to see a big brand that is connected to fashion doing its part in the fight against breast cancer. Especially with Clinique being such a visable and popular brand for women.

Another big brand combining fashion with fighting breast cancer is Cashmere. They have an annual fashion show fundraiser where fashionable pieces are created out of the Cashmere product and shown. Check out the amazing pieces that were created this year
