This is my NOTD with Boots 17 in ‘Purple Jewel’. Love this colour, but hated the application! The formula was ok but the brush was terrible – the bristles were all wonky and sticking out making it almost impossible to apply neatly!

It was also hard to get the right amount of product on the brush without it going all streaky. This is two coats which had to be applied quite heavily due to the brush problems. I’m going to put this down to a one off fault though as other bottles of this polish have been really good.

I have this colour and love it, my brush was fine you must have had a faulty one! Nice colour for a cheap price 🙂
lovely colour, looks like it would be perfect for a night out. I haven’t tried this brand but I don’t think I’ll be put off, it sounds like the quality is usually good. x
