More Michael Kors lovliness…

I’m a little bit overexcited as I write this post, as you know from my previous post I have a bit of a thing for Michael Kors watches – having recently acquired a new one for my birthday. Despite that I still had my eye on the tortoiseshell version (it was a tough call between the cream and the tortoiseshell… it’s hard being a shop-a-holic!) so I still had my eye on it and had started to plan my next buy.

Basically, to cut a long story short I was approached by the guys at Time Squared , an online watch shop with a selection of stores around the UK to see if I wanted to review something. Of course I felt like a kid in a candy shop when I spotted the gorgeous tortoiseshell watch that I mentioned in my last post – as it’s the one I had my eye on anyway.

So here it is!

The MK 5038

Isn’t she gorgeous?!

Here’s another, non-trendy-instagram style shot so you can see it a bit clearer.

Yep, I’m very excited. The watch was £179 from Time Squared plus free delivery and free returns when ordered online, although I chose to purchase in store.

As I said, I chose to purchase in store as it was actually more convenient to go to Selfridges (in the fashion watch section) rather than wait for a delivery (I’m very impatient when excited). Plus sometimes you can’t beat the feeling of an in store purchase over online… the service was really good, adjusting the watch for me to make sure it was ready to wear plus explaining the warranty that’s standard with the watch. Overall I was impressed.

On the website, for those of you that prefer the thrill of online shopping…there’s a really nice selection of fashion and high-end watches (although for me ‘high-end’ actually does mean my Michael Kors collection….) there’s something on the site for those on a bit of a budget (I spotted some nice Vintage style Casio watches on the ladies page for £30)or those who can splash the cash on some wrist bling.

If you’re on more of a budget then do check out the sale section, a few bargains I spotted – a Marc Jacobs watch reduced to £50 from £110 and Burberry for £125, reduced from £325…. bargains galore! But do keep checking back the sale section, it looks like they can sell out fast.

I do love watches – they are definitely my favourite accessory (either that or bags)

Time2 provided a £150 credit, remaining cost was paid by me.
