I’ve mentioned before how I love to use a new fragrance for holidays, as then post-holiday blues can be shaken off with a little sniff that takes me back to the beach and sunshine! I took this one away with me recently, and will no doubt continue to use it over the Summer (especially if the weather continues as it is now…I’ll need all the artificial Summer I can get).
The fragrance is a variation on the classic Bronze Goddess scent, this time inspired by the Island of Capri. I love the bottle, the simple but gorgeous turquoise to bronze shading of the glass is just summer all over. Fragrance wise the scent includes top notes: Lemon Leaves, Mandarin and Cassis. Heart Notes: Peony and Jasmine Samabac and base notes of creamy vanilla, amber wood, patchouli and musk.
Overall this is a gorgeous combination of a fresh floral, but with a warm dry down – so it works for day or night.
