Here’s a little outfit of the day from the brief, but lovely spell of sunshine we had recently…ah, it was so nice to finally have days that well and truly felt like Summer! I went all out and wore a skirt. I know, revolutionary.
|Sandals: Dorothy Perkins (sale) – Skirt: Oasis (Sale – £10!) – Top: ASOS (old) similar here – Bag: Zara (not on site anymore!) – Watch: Michael Kors MK5315 – Necklace: Romwe*|
The skirt was an absolute bargain from the Oasis sale – it’s still available on the website too, just £10. Amazing. The top is another classic for me, such a sucker for stripes. I actually changed this top to a grey t-shirt from H&M just before leaving the house and didn’t have time to re-do the photos…testament to how versatile the skirt is!? Or perhaps just how indecisive I can be…
The sandals are my current summer favourites – they have a brown and black animal-print esque pattern and were a bargain. I’m pretty sure they were actually cheaper in store than they were on the site – I think they were £7, but I might be making that up… either way, worth checking in store if you can.
So as usual, the outfit is hardly going to break fashion boundaries…but hey, my style is pretty simple – and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one out there who likes the classics of denim and stripes. Very much my go-to wardrobe items!
