Perricone MD No Sun Tanner is my current body self-tan love. I’m pretty inconsistent when it comes to tanning, I go months doing the full-on fake tan routine weekly, then I basically tend to give up, go back to natural and then I go for gradual tanners as a bit of a half-hearted effort to achieve a bit of a glow.
But there’s nothing half-hearted about my love for this gradual tanner. It recommends that you apply all over the body, daily for 7-14 days or until you achieve your desired tan – I was happy with the colour I had from about three days of applying so have only been re-applying every other day to maintain it.
It basically just does the job, give a healthy, natural colour that’s gradual enough that you can build it up but strong enough that you can notice it. It doesn’t have too strong a smell, although I do prefer to apply at night (last thing I want is to be at work feeling overly conscious that I smell of that biscuit self tan smell)… oh and it doesn’t have a dark tint either so it doesn’t stain sheets. Score.
My only negative of this is that it’s quite a small bottle – I made my way through one whole bottle in just over two weeks of applications – and at £50 a pop (for 118ml), that’s no cheap gradual fake tanner!
