Clinique Even Better Eyes

I’m not one to make sweeping judgements on a product – especially a skincare product. But this one has one me over very, very quickly. To the point where I was quite happy not to bother with under eye concealer. I was perfectly happy just wearing this and some mascara. Kinda a big deal.

This is one of the newest members of the Clinique skincare range (which by the way is and has been for a long time, a massive staple in my bathroom – not just for me, but also for my boyfriend) and is designed to reduce dark circles – those that aren’t just down to tiredness, but also stress and age…
The product itself is peachy pinky toned, designed to counteract and diffuse the blue-toned effect of darker circles. Correcting them but not just masking them – I have a bit of an ongoing issue with concealers for the under-eye area that in the process just make it look worse by being too cakey or heavy. Sure, they cover the pesky circles but in the process they make fine lines look a million times worse than they are.
This on the other hand just treats them, leaving the area feeling hydrated, but also with a just enough colour to conceal the darkness. I’m very impressed – so expect to see this in many a ‘face of the day’ type post in the place of my usual under-eye products. I do love that it’s part skin-care, park coverage.

PR sample.

I’m starting to think I need this in my life. Have read so many glowing reviews and I’m still struggling to find a decent under eye concealer. I’m also a sucker for any eye product with a cool
    steel applicator!!

This sounds very similar to the Garnier roller ball one (the metal tip, the tinted shade). Please do let us know if you get any good long term results. My current favourite right now is just their regular All about Eyes.

The dark circles under my eyes are the bane of my life and I’ve never found a product that really helps no matter how much I spend! I’ve only heard good things about this though so I’ll definitely be giving it a go!
