Skincare Favourites: Daytime

Skincare is kinda a bit deal to me at the moment… you could say I’ve become a little bit obsessed! Right now my skincare ‘buzz words’ are ‘hydration’, ‘moisture’, ‘radiance’, ‘glow’…so if you know of skincare wonders that deliver these results – tell me! I’ll be on it like a fat kid on cake.
This selection are some of my day-to-day ‘essentials’,,,
Elemis Pro Collagen Advanced Eye Treatment* – you can read the full review HERE but basically I’m loving this. It’s the perfect light weight but packs a decent moisturising punch. Love it.
Hydraluron* – There’s a whole lot of buzz going on in the blog-world about this little baby and I have to say I adore it. You can read more about what I think of it in my proper review HERE.
Clinique Even Better Eyes* – To me this is part make-up, part skin-care and so it’s perfect for daytime. I like how it’s light and leaves the under-eye area smooth an silky but still hydrated. The tint also makes the area look instantly brighter.
Olay Regenerist Flawless Skin Cream* (SPF 30) – This has been my go-to skincare cream for about three months and annoyingly, I can’t put my finger on what it is that I love so much. I think it’s a combination of the texture, and the way it absorbs quickly and leaves skin hydrated but not oily. Like how it has high SPF too – an essential for daytime.
Paul & Joe Treatment Serum* – I was introduced to this at the beginning of Summer at the launch of the Paul & Joe Mid Summer Night Collection (you can read the post HERE) and partly due to results, partly due to the scent it’s been a daily feature for months. It smells like 6+ Calpol (a sweet orange scent) and feels light and fresh to apply and feels like it give skin a bit of a quick and easy boost in the morning. Plus the bottle is very dressing table worthy!
There’s a couple of new additions to my daily skincare but want to give them a good test before I talk about them properly.

My favorite for this is Manasi Makeup Lyster Cream Bronzer; they’re a small Swedish brand that do this amazing bronzing cream. It looks SO dark in the jar, but it’s actually suitable for all skin tones & types. It’s like the consistency of butter that just immediately melts into your skin – and it smells kinda like carrot cake, so I love it even more for that 😀

So happy to have found your blog! I’m your newest follower 🙂 <3
