Origins Plantscription SPF25 Anti-aging cream

Origins really can do no wrong when it comes to skincare – the other day a friend of mine asked what my favourite skincare brand was and Origins was the first thing that came into my head. It’s rare to find a brand where the whole range (well, everything I have tried so far) has impressed me. The latest in this line of impressive products is Plantscription SPF25 Anti Ageing Cream.

This cream is the ideal day cream – creamy and hydrating and with a nice high SPF level to keep the skin protected. Most recently showed how fab it was on London Marathon Day – it was a gorgeous sunny day, one of the first of the year and I was out in it all day supporting my fiance whilst he ran the race. I only really noticed how it had properly protected me from the sun because on my hair line was a bit pink after a day in the sun (that being said, I do burn easily) but to me that basically shows that it offers a really good level of protection and keeps my skin nice and soft all day long but without being too heavy.

It comes in a normal and an oil free version so you can choose which either works best for you or which texture you prefer and is part of the wider Plantscription range for anti-ageing goodness, which includes a cleanser, eye cream, treatment lotion, serum and eye treatment. Personally, the eye treatment is next on my list!

But if you’re on the hunt for a moisturiser that offers good level of SPF protection and is really hydrating too – then you can’t go wrong with Origins!

I love the pPlantscriptions eye cream, and the Checks and Balances cleanser. Origins is a great line!

25 spf isn’t quite enough for me in Peru… I don’t suppose they do 50?! I love Origins too tho, so maybe I’ll just have to treat myself for my month back in the UK summer 🙂 LB xxx
