John Rocha is a show that I was interested to see more of because I knew it would be one of the collections that was easier to see some of the more wearable elements in there. There are still some quirky elements, of course – but John Rocha is a name people know, and as such is the perfect canvas for a trio of classic Essie shades to compliment the three key looks.
Along with the metallic, futuristic looking look described as ‘futuristic flower’ – the nails were kept simple. With nails by Sam Bright, choosing Sand Tropez to pair with the floral looks, Merino Cool with the ivory looks and finally the classic deep burgundy of Wiked to work with the black.
Keeping the nails simple and classic is a nice touch when there’s a real trend towards going all out – its nice to see a palette of classics. A nude, a burgundy and a smoky purple – if there were just three colours… They would be hot contenders!
Love these looks. Those nail colours are stunning!
