I’m actually writing this as I sit on the plane ready to return to London, they haven’t told us to turn things off yet so thought I’d tap out a few words before I head back to reality!
This week has been the beginning of a bit of a series of whistle stop travelling for me. Starting with a wonderful trip to the gorgeous city of Amsterdam. It’s a city I’ve been to visit before but didn’t get to see quite enough of this time around. But if have had a bit of a ‘pinch me’ just over 24 hours! I was picked up bright and early and whisked to London City airport to board our flight to Schiphol airport along with the fabulous Ree, Milly, Zoe and Lily.

The New York inspired menu for the launch dinner – so many courses but so perfectly sized that you never felt like you had over-eaten!
Pretty Dutch buildings, didn’t get to see enough of the city on my flying visit but it is lovely.
The most amazing desert – white chocolate filled with fruit. A pistachio sauce was poured on top to make it melt. So good.
