Weekend Wish List #12

This week’s weekend wish list is something a little different and totally made up of items from online retailer K&Co. It’s not a brand or site I was overly familiar with in the past but having spent some time browsing I’ve discovered a veritable wish list of items (hence the post) – when it comes to online shopping I generally like it to feel like an online department store, where I can get a whole selection of items and brands under one roof, or on one site as I guess it is online… K&Co has a whole host of brands (as you can probably already spy from the wish list… Uggs, Converse etc) so let’s take a look at the items on my want-it list this week. Starting with the K&CO range of  shoes and boots…

Weekend Wishlist #12

Being a bit of a shoe fiend, this was where I begun my browsing. I was immediately drawn in by the Ugg boot section – I know, I know, they’re hideous and a total fashion fail – but frankly, when it’s cold and I want something comfy then fashion goes out the window and is replaced by cosy sheepskin lined footwear so first on my list is Tall Brown Ugg Boots.

Then I picked something that I’ve been wanting for ages – a pair of All Star Hightop Converse. I do already have a pair of Converse that I love but they have been so well-loved that they are close to breaking point (totally worn through in the heel etc) and I wanted to ‘upgrade’ to a pair of hightops. I’ve always been a sucker for the All Star style so these were a classic pick for my wish list.

Then I of course had to browse the ankle boot section since this is my other weakness – and found this pair of Tan Ankle Boots by Jessica Simpson. A couple of years ago around this time I went mad for a knee-high pair of Jessica Simpson Boots that I ordered online from the US but then never arrived. I was gutted and still think about them now (where ARE they!? They must be somewhere?!) but it did mean that the Jessica Simpson range caught my eye – not that I think she’s some sort of fashion icon at all (unless she has a range of Daisy Dukes out?!) but I do like the combo of the tan and the contrasting buckles on these ones.

Following my shoe browsing I decided to head to the warm and cosy section and spotted this Fearne Cotton Coat – it’s a check/tartan style print, which is a bit unusual as I’d never normally consider a patterned coat as tend to lean more simple and classic. But this one is lovely and I think the dark colours would make it pretty easy to wear with most things… very tempting! I am still hunting for the perfect winter coat – I have dug one out from my days at Uni that I had but never really wore as I deemed it too grown up for me then. But have now realised it’s actually really nice. Score on the barely-worn coat (double plus that it still fits).

I also had a little peek in the party dress section as I’m on the hunt for something suitably glam for my work Christmas party which has a red carpet glam theme and spotted this gem of a Blue Sequin Dress – love the cut, colour and fact that it’s covered in sequins! What’s more red carpet glam than a full-sequin dress?!

Finally I went back to my slightly more sensible wardrobe selection and had a browse of the snuggly jumpers and whilst there were a few animal print ones that I liked the look of this Superdry Raglan Jumper  that I saw and instantly liked so added it to the list. I do love raglan style jumpers.

So there we have it, my K&Co weekend wish list! What’s on your wish list this weekend?
