Summer shopping SpaceNK

Summer shopping SpaceNK

Post features some PR samples and affiliate links.

I have a little thing for beauty shopping as you probably guessed. So losing myself in SpaceNK is one of my favourite past times. I know we have all fawned over the idea of Sephora coming to the UK, but in all honesty. I think I’m pretty darn happy with SpaceNK. FYI my current favourites are the King’s Cross store- it’s HUGE or the Regent’s Street one, I have a soft spot for Hans Crescent too actually.

Space NK NARS

But I digress, I’m not writing this to tell you which are the best SpaceNK stores in London (see above) but to tell you about some fab little kits they have on sale until mid August. Which is also a reason for the Sephora reference – one of my favourite things Sephora does is the travel sized products and the gift sets/kits they do. It’s a great way to try a product before you shell out on the full size or to perhaps try a few from a brand in a more affordable way. So I was VERY excited to see SpaceNK launching their own selection of travel friendly kits from a host of excellent brands. Two of which I have to show you here.

NARSxSpaceNK – £60 worth £77

I was surprised when I opened this. It contains a trio of the ultimate classic NARS products. The NARS Climax Mascara, Orgasm Blush and Laguna Bronzer. A who’s-who of most talked about NARS products if you will. In a set for £60, for some reason I thought the mascara was going to be travel sized. But it’s not. All three of these are the full sized products. So it’s not really a travel set but it is a great value way to pick up and play with three absolute classics from one of my all time most loved brands, NARS. When you’re saving £17 which is a few £ off getting the mascara totally free, who can say no.

NARS Orgasm Space NK

Most excitingly for me, it’s made me rediscover Orgasm (lol) as it really is a classic, universally flattering colour that’s the perfect pinky/peach mix with just the right amount of shimmer. I have a couple of pieces I’ve bought from the NARS Orgasm Collection too (the loose powder and the lip balm are both gorgeous) and this set has reminded me to pick them up and play again.

The NARS x SpaceNK set is available until middle of August 2019 only (£60 – SPACE NK)

Laura Mercier x SpaceNK – £60 worth £74

Laura Mercier Space NK

Another brand full of cult-classic for a good reason products is Laura Mercier. From the Caviar Shadow sticks to the correct & conceal duo LM is full of insanely good products. This set from the brand focusses on two core base products plus a handy little powder puff to apply with. The Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder is one of those ultimate makeup artist favourites and can you believe, it’s not one I’ve tried before. I’ve always loved a touch of powder but more often than not reached for a pressed over loose simply to avoid accident prone me tipping it everywhere and causing a powder based sand storm in my bathroom. So I’m excited to give this one a whirl ASAP. In the great value kit there’s also the classic Foundation Primer. I’ve usually opted for the oil free one but this is the radiance option. Who doesn’t want a little touch of extra radiance.

The Laura Mercier x SpaceNK set is available until middle of August 2019 only (£74 – SPACE NK)

The two sets above are just a taste of the summer sets available in the SpaceNK Summer event – all under £100 and available from a whole range of SpaceNK favourites. Including Drunk Elephant, a selection of Estee Lauder companies brands all housed together in one of the ace SpaceNK travel makeup bags (I recently bought myself one of these in the bright blue shade – so ideal for any flights). There’s a great value one from hair-fave IGK at only £22

But just a head up they’re only available until August 16th so shop now if you have you eye on any of the sets:

I’ve tried a lot of loose powders in my time but this is always the one I come back to. I love how finely milled the powder is, it has no glitter, and just gives a lovely matte finish without adding extra colour in. I will always come back to this one no matter what.

    Thanks for sharing!
