Babyliss Gadget Giveaway **NOW CLOSED**

This is a sponsored post.

I spotted this product on the Cosmopolitan website a couple of months ago and instantly knew I wanted one immediately.  Getting volume in my hair (especially at the roots) is impossible. I was a little cynical, it seems such a simple idea – how can it really work?! But then I watched the video (embedded below) and I’m convinced convinced that I need to add this to my gadget collection.

I want one.

But I don’t have one – I have one to give-away to a reader.

So, are you anything like me and could do with a bit of a lift? A little more oomph in your hair? Then now is your chance to give it a go with the Babyliss Root Boost.

To win… just follow the rules:

1. Comment below with your answer to the following….

“I want a bit of a boost because….”

2. Leave a way I can contact you if you win (if you don’t respond within 24 hours the winner will be drawn again)

3. That’s it.

The vital info:

– Anyone in the UK can enter
– You must be over 18 or have parental permission
– The giveaway will close at midnight on 10th October 2010
– Winner will be chosen at random and the judges decision is final (the judge being me)
– If the giveaway is posted on any money savings forums, the competition will be closed immediately.

Babyliss Root Boost is available from Boots and Argos for £30

I want a bit of a boost because my hair is getting longer which weighs it down a lot and I want to shape it up!

I want a bit of a boost because…I normally back comb my hair which never works because I cant do it properly and plus I dont think its good for your hair. Whereas this looks fabby!!!
I love wearing my hair half up half down but can never get the bouffon look!

I want a bit of a boost because….my hair is as flat as a pancake

    Fantastic giveaway!

I don’t want a bit of boost though lovely, I NEED a bit of boost! Yep need.

I have long fine hair, but lots of it. Its so hard for me to create any volume at all. I very rarely wear it down because of this reason. If I do want volume, I find I have to use several different products, which is basically a pain in the bum. I’d love to be able to wear it down more often if Im honest. I just feel I look like Emily out of emmerdale (remember her?) when I do though.

I want a boost because growing out a very sharp bob has left my hair in that funny inbetween style/length stage, and battling with rollers to add a bit of something at the roots has driven me MAD!

I want a bit of a boost because I’m tired of flat hair. And away from hair, I’d like a bit of a boost because everything’s rather overwhelming at the moment.

  17. September 29, 2010 / 7:08 pm

I want a bit of a boost because my hair is naturally curly… at the ends of my hair! If I try and backcomb the roots it just ends up afrotastic, which is never a good look – I’m literally Crystal Tipps, the 80’s cartoon! 🙁 !

I want a bit of a boost because i have naturally fine, straight hair which = limper than limp! Really looks like my hair has weights hanging from the ends lol!

  23. October 5, 2010 / 8:57 am

I want a boost because my hair is flat as a pancake! My hair’s so long that the weight of it just drags it down and I’ve not yet managed to find any products that work for me.

Volume is visibility and bigger is better! x

I want a bit of a boost because

I have new hair, and it looks fabulous today but tomorrow and the day after that and the day after that when I have to wash it and style it myself…..

    i’m gonna be screwed 🙂

  28. October 9, 2010 / 12:30 pm

I want a bit of a boost because I literally have no volume in my roots. I also love the idea of being able to have volumised sleek hair, in order to get sleek hair I have to straighten which removes all traces of volume!
