Aveda Smooth Infusion, final thoughts

This is a sponsored post

So for just over the past month I have been using a range of products from the Aveda Smooth Infusion range. Starting with a proper introduction at the Aveda Salon complete with the ‘before and after’ shots. Followed by an  update on how I was getting on, now it’s time for my final thoughts – and a couple of mug shots to judge the hair, as done by me rather than an expert.

Final thoughts:

– I love the shampoo, it lathers well and rinses clean. It leaves my hair shiny and clean and smells of lemons.
– The conditioner is nice, but not moisturising enough for my dry hair.
– The Style Prep is a must-have for keeping hair sleek but not flat and making it easy to style.
– The Glossing Straightener is ok, but not an essential for me as I have naturally straight hair. I don’t think it has enough of a shine that it can be deemed an essential.

Just for fun, below is a mug-shot from the past month with my hair done all by me using the Aveda products (plus a volumising mousse that is needed for hair as flat as mine) it might not be as bouncy as my hair as done by the Aveda experts, but it’s pretty smooth – if I say so myself.

I’ve seen lots of these posts recently and all of the reviews say how good these products are. I can’t wait to try the Shampoo and the Style-Prep! Great post – you’re the only one who’s shown a photo of their hair so thank you 🙂 x
