| Check this out – the original (probably considered vintage now) Hit Me Baby One More Time single… who would have remembered, Britney was a redhead!? |
Probably due to my soft-spot for Britney, but I’ve previously built up quite a collection of her fragrances, with my so-far favourite being ‘Believe’ – I absolutely love it, it’s fresh and citrussy and it reminds me of holidays. I mention ‘Believe’, because on first spray Cosmic Radiance reminds me of it – but it changes when it settles on the skin.
Cosmic Radiance is a sensual floral fragrance, inspired by the idea of ‘luminous sensuality’. On first spritz it’s quite a strong, citrus fragrance, with floral heart notes but then the base notes that it dries down too are lovely – a mixture of amber, soft vanilla and creamy sandalwood. This is a fragrance that is well worth trying and letting it settle on skin – the scent that lingers is lovely and more grown up than I expect from a ‘celebrity’ perfume.
Cosmic Radiance launches 21st September.
Also, you will have to fight me for this – but there’s a competition running to win tickets to Britney’s Femme Fatale tour, that’s running from 21st (eeek, today!) to 18th October. You can win EVERY HOUR, just head over to www.cosmicradiance.co.uk to find out how to win. And if you do, and need a plus one….
This is a sponsored post.
I’ve got a soft spot for Britney fragrances too – I got Believe for my birthday and it’s really different to the others (still nice though)
I am not a fan of celebrity fragances in general, but I have to admit that Britney has some good ones. My favourite is Midnight Fantasy. Well, she is backed by Elizabeth Arden…
I haven’t smelled Cosmic Radiance yet, but I am intrigued!
Although I don’t share the love of ‘sleb’ fragrances either, I most certainly share the love of Britney! ‘Til the World Ends’… best running song ever. It single handedly lost me 2kgs. The lady still has it!
