Another day, another nail of the day! This one is one of L’Oreal’s new mini nail varnish nail range called ‘Colour Riche’. This bright blue shade is called ‘Rebel Blue’ – a bright royal blue with a hint of shimmer. I don’t know what it is, but I am loving blue nails at the moment.
The pigmentation of this was seriously impressive – creamy and pigmented. Two coats to perfect and one would have done the job ok. Two was better. It didn’t dry as glossy as I’d like, so I did add a glossy top coat and it lasted really well. No chipping for three days – but a small amount of tip wear after a few days.
I like this new smaller size of polish, but for £4.99 they aren’t that cheap for the amount of product you get. But there are some amazing colours in the range – there’s over 40 shades available, including some absolute gems.
Think this lookes very like Nails Inc Hanover Square. TK Maxx have that along with 2 others (a banging red and dreamy neutral pink) for £14.99. The Hanover Square was also pretty glossy without a topcoat:)
