ARK at Home

A couple of weeks ago I ‘hosted’ a lovely little beauty event at my flat…an ‘Ark Angel’ party. The Ark Angel party is a bit like a Tupperware party, but far more glam as it’s all about the ARK range of skincare which includes a few really special products – but more on those in a little while. Firstly, about the party.
My party was a little different from the standard Ark Angel party – as it was led by Shula Starkey, the founder of the brand!
How it all works is that the ‘Ark Angel’ (anyone can be one) would demonstrate some of the products on either the host or guests at the party with a facial treatment. Whilst everyone there gets to have a play with the products. The range is split into three age categories – Age Prepare (late teens to early 30’s), Age Maintain (30’s to 50’s) and Age Repair (50’s and beyond). Plus some products that work across all ages – like the Plumping Lip Balm, which I absolutely love.
Then the basic premise is that the Ark Angel makes a commission on any sales made at the party. But there’s no hard sale at all – it was basically a little gathering of friends, to have a play with some lovely products over a glass or two of wine and some nibbles!
If you would like more info on the ins and outs on how to become an Ark Angel or how to host a part visit the Ark Skincare website.
