Avon Nailwear Pro+

I am a total and utter sucker for a blue polish – any shade from baby, to cornflower, to royal to dark… I love them all. Blue is my ‘if in doubt’ colour for nails – it’s not for everyone, but personally – blue for me is love for me.  Avon launched a new selection of Spring/Summer shades called ‘Petal Impressions’ and my two picks from the range are these two beautiful blues…

The darker blue is called ‘Forget Me Not’ and is a rich royal blue with a pretty paler blue shimmer. This applies like a dream and is so creamy and shiny. Two coats are perfect for this colour.

The paler cornflower blue shade is called ‘Blue Water Lillies’ and is lovely – it also has a shimmer to it in a sort of champagne/silvery shimmer but this is very subtle when applied. On the nail is looks much creamier. This one was a little thinner to apply, but not hard – just not quite as thick and glossy as the Forget Me Not shade.

These two shades are just examples of the pretty extensive AVON nail range – there’s tons of shades available and the prices are insanely good value for money – listed at £6 but I don’t think I’ve ever seen them over £3…! Bargain-tastic.
