I took just three nail colours with me on my trip to San Francisco – yep, just three for a WHOLE week. They should give ‘packing light’ awards for such restraint… one of which was this beaut of a shade from OPI. This is OPI Eurso Euro – a deep blue/purple/indigo kinds of colour (in different lights) and it was love at first application. This one is actually from a little Christmas gift set called ‘Plaid About You’ that contains this shade, plus Peace & Love & OPI (a silvery/purple duo-chrome), Snow Globetrotter (a white glitter top coat) and Start to Finish Base/Top coat and nail strengthener in one. All housed within a little plaid case. Some might say this would have been the perfect set to take with me away, but I chose a mix of shades and just wanted the blue of OPI…Eurso Euro to come along for the ride.
So here it is – shot in the lovely sunshine of California (not that I miss that sunshine at all or anything) and trying to show how it seems to almost change shade in different lighting. Sometimes it’s dark almost navy and other times it’s brighter indigo/leaning towards royal blue. Whatever the shade actually is, this is a new love for me and has been a bit of a reminder how awesome OPI shades can be. I haven’t tried one for a while – for no particular reason – but it’s good to get back to them as this one’s lovely.
