It’s well and truly bubble bath season. Not that I don’t wash year round, but it’s that time of year when the option between bath and shower almost always has me choosing bath. In fact, as I type I have chilly fingers and toes that could really go for a soak in sudsy tub. I have tried loads and built quite a collection of bath bubbles and potions, but this is a new one to me. This is MOA Fortifying Green Bath Potion and it packs quite a punch.
This is not the bubble bath add-on of choice for you if you like your baths pink, sparkly and sugary sweet (i.e. if you’re addicted to Lush then this is probably the other end of the scale). This is like a big deep breath of fresh air of peppermint (a favourite scent of mine) and fennel. If you’re stressed and need to clear your head – then this is for you. It’s one that really is like a walk on a cold windy hill or a gust of wind by the sea. In terms of fresh effect. It’s not one to help you zone out and lull to sleep – but more relax, clear your head and still function post-bath.
I love that it’s called a Bath Potion too – it just feels a little bit magical. This is perfect if maybe you want a kick up the bum and a bit of a ‘re-set’ bath? Is it just me that does this? A proper beauty-maintenance session where I do everything from conditioning hair, to shaving my legs and emerge feeling like a new woman who is refreshed and a tad more polished than I was pre-bath.
In summary, if you like minty/fresh scents then give this a whirl. Especially if you don’t always want your bath to take you straight to snooze-ville. A kick up the bum and de-stress awaits. Lovely stuff – very much enjoying this one and excited to try more from the MOA brand.
