Fragrance dupe? Next Define

On Saturday I was having a bit of a wander around Oxford Street and popped into Next. I ended up having a sniff at their various perfumes, to be honest – I didn’t expect to find anything that I liked, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I ended up buying a small bottle of the fragrance ‘Define’, which is described as ‘an oriental fragrance with exotic flowers and warm musks’. Probably not an ideal fragrance choice for Summer, but I love it. The main reason I love it is because it totally reminds me of one of my all time favourite perfumes – Emporio Armani She eau de toilette (the champagne/gold tube one). I haven’t owned this perfume for a while but smelling this, really brought back all the reasons why I loved this so much – yes, it’s a heavy, quite sexy perfume. But I have still been wearing it every day since the weekend.

The 25ml bottle cost just £6 and the 100ml costs £12. I only went for the small one as I wanted something I can just chuck in my bag, but I am tempted to go back and get the bigger version.

Ok, so the packaging is a bit average looking. But for £6, I’m not complaining. The bottle is small and sturdy and easy to carry around. In fact, it fits in my make-up bag, which is ideal.

Have you tried any Next perfumes? Found any other fragrance ‘dupes’??

**The Small Print**

I bought this myself.

I have their Diamonds perfume which is a dupe of Miss Dior Cherie. You can’t go wrong for £6. I think I’ll be heading back to try out a few more.

You’ve probably heard that Next Diamonds is apparently a dupe of Dior Miss Cherie. Miss Virtue is a huge fan of Define, I know she’ll be glad it’s been re-released.

Next perfumes are becoming very popular with their ‘dupes’. I agree with the diamonds being a Miss Dior Cherie dupe. I have it and love it!… and now do 3 more of the ladies in the office. I will take a whiff of this one next! x

I have been wearing Next Define for many years. A few years ago they discontinued it but did bring it back. Next have now discontinued it again and I am absolutely gutted. Any ideas of any similar perfumes in the same price range that smell similar?
