I do love a bit of liquid liner, but I always go for the safe option and keep the line quite thin. These pictures are from a recent event I went to, the make-up artist applied this thick black line with a flick at the corner and I absolutely love it – but can’t seem to master it quite myself!
(Please excuse the bit of flaking under the eye, the pic was taken at the end of a long day!)
No matter how hard I try, I always chicken out of making the line thick enough for this look! Any tips for how I can overcome my dramatic liner fear???
I have days where I do a thin line but I actually find it harder to do a thin line than a thick one! I never seem to be able to get my flicks the same length/angle – doh! xx
I’ve been using this guide (http://musingsofamakeupartist.blogspot.com/2011/08/how-to-eyeliner.html) which has really helped! Essentially, you do the flick first, then do the rest of the lid. Seems to be much easier when you do it in parts!
I have the same fear haha
your picture looks wicked though!

My flicks vary depending on how early it is/how bleary eyed I am at the time – sometimes I’m not as neat which is when it becomes a thicker line 🙂
This look is gorgeous on you! I wish I could be so sure with liquid eyeliner… it always turns out a mess.
Love this! 🙂

Deep breaths and just dive in! It looks great on you! x
