Barbara Daly for Tesco make-up Satin Swirl Eyes

This is a gorgeous little shadow that you can pick up whilst doing your weekly shop at Tesco… from the Barbara Daly Makeup brand. This is a remarkably similar shadow to the MAC in Extra Dimension shadow in ‘Dark Dare’, I don’t own this but you can see it over on Zoe’s blog (The London Lipgloss) to compare as best I can from photos – I would say they are similar in texture from the look of the photos, but the Barbara Daly is more silvery/metallic.

Overall, this shadow is gorgeous – very smooth and creamy. A mixture between cream and powder and really well pigmented. This colour is ideal for a smudgy smokey eye – for that messy rock and roll look (one that I am rubbish at achieving myself…) but it has definitely meant that next time I’m in a bigger Tesco, I will check out the Barbara Daly collection!

Barbara Daly is available from Tesco for £8 – there’s a selection of shades available.

I think I’ll have to go to Tesco and look at the Barbara Daly make-up. I have a nail polish by Barbara Daly but never actually thought about buying the make-up but this looks gorgeous!

Looks a bit like the Mac compacts which were brought out a couple months back

Loving the look of this colour. Its so pigmented! I keep looking at these in Tesco & i am for sure going to pick some up. I saw they are on offer too. They even look like Mac In Extra Dimension in the packaging too.

I’d be scared to use it, I wouldn’t want to ruin the pattern!! x

    Gorgeous colour though! x
