Summer is all about minimum fuss beauty and this little duo from Bumble and Bumble is the perfect example of a product just made for Summer months. These are the new Surf shampoo and conditioner – the new members of the surf family, joining the iconic surf spray and adding to the beachy hair goodness that the spray delivers!
What this pair offer your barnet is a quick in the shower process to go from sleek to surfy – with that slighty mussed up ‘messy hair, don’t care’ type of texure – without the need for styling. You can of course pair with the surf spray if you want to up the oomph a bit but I find this combo is ideal for adding a bit of imperfect volume and texture to the hair without totally stripping all moisture.
There is of course a slight downside of a bit of a drying effect but peronally I adore the messy end product so much that I’m more than happy to put up with a bit of dryness for the look. Oh, and the other bonus to these is that they smell great!

Lovely review Jen, I must say I’ve only used these twice and just found them far too drying on my coloured hair. They’re up for a new home in my blog sale if anyone fancies giving them a go! I was so disappointed too as I was incredibly excited about the launch, I think I’ll just stick to the Surf Spray.

I picked up the travel set from Boots and am loving it at the moment! So great for the weekends, especially in this weather when I want hair to look good but without the hassles of extra effort!
