Kiko Daring Game is their latest collection and has a bit of a James Bond/Casino feel to it all. With cards and dice being a theme throughout. With everything from bright nail shades, to blusher and contouring duo compacts it’s a pretty extensive collection. I have a few bits from the collection to take a closer look at here for todays’ post:
So, for the collection here I have a bronzing/contour duo with very pretty spades embossing. Three eye liner options from pencil (the shimmering taupe shade and the emerald green) to the double ended marker and kajal. If you’re an eye liner fan that’s a pretty genius little invention with the two liner options on either end. Very handy for a small hand bag or just if you want to keep things simple in the old make-up collection.
On the compact/palette front the collection features a few around this theme. Contouring duo shades, blush duos and eye shadow quads. The eye shadow quad comes in three shade options – a gorgeous bronze brown, a greeny one and a pink/smokey option. The bronze spent some time in my shopping bag when I was visiting the Regent Street store last week until I found out my gift card for the store had expired! So I did have a moment or reason where I perhaps didn’t *need* another new neutral palette, no matter how pretty…!
Then there’s two eye crayons – a smokey taupe and a shimmering champagne. A red lipstick in gorgeous gold packaging and a matching red lip liner. Then to polish it off (no pun intended) a couple of dice-themed nail shades. I have the red and a nude/mauve shade but there’s also a few other options including a stunning bright blue.
All in all this is a lovely A/W capsule collection of shades with some real classics plus some really clever products too – the blush duos and the double ended liners are both really fab options. I do love a multi-tasker.
If I was going to pick one thing from the collection it would be the blusher duo (not shown) in the shades Desert Sand and Rose Coral – gorgeous bronze and coral shades. But the double ended liner comes in close second. Overall though Kiko have yet again offered an amazing value collection – with prices starting from £6.90 the quality of these all exceeds the price for sure.
What catches your eye from this collection?
