Just a little bit of nail colour p**n for you… in the shape of this little beauty from Max Factor… a shade that’s fast become a cult classic that’s selling out all over and apparently going for silly money on ebay.

Isn’t it beautiful? Yes. But it’s certainly not the perfect polish – to get the colour below (on the nail) it took a whopping four coats. Yep, four – and it’s still pretty transparent. Yes, the colour is very pretty – with a purple base and pinky shimmer running through it. But I think it will work better when layered over other colours. I’m going to try it out over various other polishes (thinking darks…purple & navy) to see how that effects the shade, But for now I wanted to show you the shade as it is.

Now this bottle I have reviewed was sent to me by the PR, but yesterday I was in Superdrug and spotted a lone bottle on the shelf – so I snapped it up and will be offering it as a giveaway prize very soon!
