So, big news in the beauty world… Liz Earle, creators of the infamous Cleanse and Polish system… have branched out into the world of colour cosmetics. Exciting times!
I was lucky to have a little peek at the range at the John Lewis Beauty Hall launch and the first products that really caught my eye were the gorgeous blushers – available in both a cream and a powder formula for each shade. Such a nice touch, and not something I’ve seen a brand do before – I was immediately drawn to the shade ‘Nectar’, a corally-pink shade.
It looks more coral pink in the pan than it does on the skin – the pink shades show through brighter when swatched. The finish is nicely satin so skin has a glow, but not shimmer. It’s nicely pigmented and a pretty colour. Overall – I’m impressed.

Indeed there is a huge evidence between the two pictures. As much as i want to wear mascara, the clumps just turns me off and it seems too heavy for my eyelashes lol. Most of the ones I’ve tried just failed.
