Bourjois Faux and Fabulous

I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with false lashes, I love the look – hate the application. So you will hopefully understand my extreme excitement about one of the latest launches from Bourjois…an AMAZING false eyelash applicator.
The little pink gadget has a rubber tip at one end and a curved grippy end to hold and place lashes easily. They are a revelation for someone like me. Seriously, these should be compulsory with any false lashes.
Along with this genius tool they have the whole range of ‘Faux & Fabulous’ lashes – a complete wardrobe for lashes to suit every mood and look you want to go for.
AMAZING tool…if you couldn’t do lashes before, now you can.
My favourite lash style of the range is the Smoky Eyes set – they have that pretty cross over at the base effect that creates a really dark effect around the eye but the lashes still manage to look pretty and natural. I’ll use the new wonder tool to add them to some sort of make-up look soon and show you what I mean!
The other styles include the Rock Chic ones with a winged effect and spiky looking lashes, Lady in Black that have some little bits of black bling for a fab dramatic (yet they look amazingly subtle when applied) effect, and More Volume which has long and thick lashes which are more and more dense towards the outside for a cat eye type effect.
There’s also a STUNNING pair created by Paperself lashes called ‘Miss Couture’ that I neglected to get a decent shot of…but this is an idea of what they look like.
No, not a subtle look but so, so, pretty!
Will you be giving these new lashes a go??

I am exactly the same about lashes, love the look – hate the application! I really hope this new applicator will make it easier for me to apply them as I love the look of these lashes, especially Lady in Black and the Paperself ones – they are so unique and beautiful!
