Birch Box UK: March 2013 (WIN!)

This month’s Birchbox arrived recently and I wanted to give you a little peek at what was inside mine along with my first impression thoughts… Oh, and there’s a chance to win a box of your own!

Lindt Lindor – Always a nice little addition to have some lovely chocolates to be included…

Molton Brown Valbonne Fragrance Sample – I’ve liked the vast majority of Molton Brown fragrances I’ve had the pleasure of sniffing. My personal favourite so far being Rogart. This is another lovely unisex one – I was once a bit indifferent at the inclusion of fragrance samples in beauty boxes, and whilst they’e not the most wildly exciting additions, I’m not against them as it does give you a chance to try something new without commitment.

Beauty Blender (plus cleanser) – I’ve tried similar, comparable products but never the original cult classic. I’ve not yet tried this out as I’m pretty committed to my Real Techniques buffer for foundation application. But if you have any tips on how best to use this please let me know!

Laura Geller Liquid Liner – This looks amazingly similar to the Rimmel London version, I like liquid liner but I am terrible with this sort of liquid brush application.

Yu-Be Moisturising Cream – I actually spotted this in Boots on one of their new stands that display new in store brands and it looked interesting and made me curious to try so I’m happy to have this one in there and give it a go! Japanese skincare does always seem to have the best reputation, so I have high hopes!

La Sultane de Saba Body Lotion with Argan Oil – I’m sure this is lovely, but I don’t feel all that excited about trying this one for some reason. I’m sure that’s just me being totally unfair at judging a product by it’s packaging. Which I always swear not to do – but sometimes it just comes naturally.

Having had a peek at the website there’s a range of other alternatives that may be in your box if you’re signed up for it – there’s also an RMK Cleansing Balm or a Sanctuary Thermal Transformation Mask that you could find in yours!

As an extra treat – I also have FIVE of the March Birch Box to giveaway. Simply enter via the Rafflecopter widget below.

I love my beauty blender! It is such a shame that they are so expensive to replace! I hope I win a box to replace it :). I use mine by bouncing it on my face (If that makes sense haha). I do find it takes longer to get all your foundation blended because of the bouncing, but it gives an overall better finish that even the buffing brush (which I also swear by!). I also love it because even though you ring the sponge out it still stays somewhat damp, so it gives a nicer finish to your makeup (similar to applying a spray like the Claudalie one). Hope you love it! x

This doesn’t look too bad for a beauty box, I like the sound of a Molten Brown fragrance and I’d love to try a beauty blender. Thanks for such a generous giveaway :)!
