This month’s Glossy Box is arriving on the doorsteps of subscribers right about now, so I figured now is a good time to take a little peek at the contents of my box and tell you what I thought…little clue, I think it’s a good one!
Ok, so in my box I received:
Pearlys Weekly Teeth-Brighten Powder – a bit of an odd one, but like it. Something different that I wouldn’t have tried otherwise.
L’OOccitane Brightening Hand Cream – L’Occintane are basically the absolute Kings of hand creams, although I haven’t tried this version so excited to give it a go. And as always, a mini size is handy!
RENU Flash Relax Mask – I thought this was one of the brands that has popped up in beauty boxes a few times recently, but then I realised I was getting confused with MONU, not RENU…but *then* I realised they are the same brand family, just different ‘sister brands’ within one brand. RENU is the anti-ageing arm of the brand and I really like the look of the gel-like mask, a nice change from a creamy one.
Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream – A cult classic product, loved by some – hated by others. But either way, has been a beauty staple for many for years. And can you believe, this is the first time I’ve tried the original classic. I’ve tried the SPF version that was released, but never this! So very excited. I’ve already started to dabble with it as a lip balm, and like it but not blown away so far.
Last, but by no means least:
Jelly Pong Pong Lip Blush – a classic red, this is Jelly Pong Pong’s ‘lip crayon’ offering. It delivers a fairly sheer, but still with a nice amount of colour pigment. It’s a nice product, but my first impression is that the packaging is a tad on the flimsy side. But will have to see how it all holds up.
Have you signed up to Glossy Box? How are you finding it – and what do you think of your March 2013?
