Kiko is a brand that’s been creeping up on me a bit and grabbing my attention piece by piece – with the latest item to pique my interest being this perfect-for-Autumn dark nail colour called ‘Strong Chocolate’ (that I keep trying to call Dark Chocolate for some reason) from the ‘Laser’ nail laquer range. By laser what they mean is nail polish with reflecting pearls – so not quite as high-tech as it sounds, more a nice shimmering nail colour.
But naming niggles aside, the colour is a beaut – creamy and shimmery with loads of pigment so one coat could have looked fine (but two was slightly better) it applies like a dream. So smooth and easy to do – this one was painted on in the early morning when I was away in Wales for a few days a couple of weeks ago. So it was a colour I needed to be easy to apply and minimal fuss – for which it ticked both boxes. Happy days.
