I first used these Skyn Iceland Eye Gels (with ‘Skyn Iceland Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels being the full name) back in October last year, when I took a sachet of them to Amsterdam with me on the trip with DKNY. I thought they might be a good way to counter eye early morning start/flight/late night combo and make my eyes look brighter than they usually feel! The good news being that they worked a charm and I was really impressed.
The sachet contains two little tear-drop shaped patches that you take out of the plastic casing and apply to the under eye ares – with the narrow end towards the corner of the eye. The patches feel cool and as described – are a gel like consistency. I tend to use them for anywhere from the 10-15 mins on the usage guide, to longer if I have the time to just leave them on. They leave the eye area feeling cool and de-puffed and really hydrated. Basically the trio of things I’d be looking for from these, they deliver.
I would really recommend these if you travel a lot, or spend a lot of time in front of a computer screen (raises hand…) as they really help your eyes feel less tired. Or even if you had a bit of a late night and wanted to hide the evidence – pop these on whilst getting ready the next day and no-one will ever know what a dirty stop out you had been.
Skyn Iceland is available from the fancy new beauty halls in Marks and Spencer
I really want to try these!

These sound absolutely perfect for me, for those mornings after staying up into the early hours to finish some college coursework! I suffer with dark, puffy circles regardless of my sleeping patterns anyway, so relish in anything I can find to treat my eyes!
These sound so cooling & calming for tired eyes. I will be treating myself to a few for my next holiday.
